• All programs and projects of ASSERCORN shall be conducted and executed with absolute transparency, honesty, integrity and utmost diligence to the cause of.the project and that of ASSERCORN in particular  and.according to laid down regulations and procedure.

• There shall be no room for inefficient destructive bureaucracy which may work against the ideals of ASSERCORN.
