ASSERCORN has a Board of Trustees consisting of a minimum of thirteen (13) and a maximum of thirty (30) persons who shall be elected or appointed members of ASSERCORN and who shall be registered as such under and by virtue of Part C of the Companies and Allied Matters Act, 1990.

The Foundation Trustees shall be by appointment of fit and proper persons deemed qualified to assume such position of heavy responsiblity.
Appointment as a Trustee of ASSERCORN shall be open to all registered members of ASSERCORN.
The trustees shal hold office for life.
